The funding for North East Combined Authority (North East CA) children and young people’s programmes intends to build an inclusive economy, where all children and young people have equal opportunities to realise their potential and be part of our region’s future success.

To achieve this, we are reopening our Children and Young People’s Flexible Procurement Framework for applications, and inviting a wide range of organisations and providers including public and private sector, independent training organisations, Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations (VCS) and other stakeholders, to tender for a place on the framework.

The framework re-opened for applications on 31 July 2024 and tenders received closes on Friday 30 August 2024 at midday. All documents can be viewed and applications made via the NEPO procurement portal.

The flexible procurement framework will initially be utilised to procure providers for the North East Combined Authority investment fund allocation for education improvement and child poverty prevention programmes. Further details on these programmes can be found in the framework specification.
