Enterprise Zones are designated areas across England that provide tax breaks and government support. They are great places to do business especially for both new and expanding firms. Enterprise Zones are part of government’s strategy to support businesses and enable local economic growth.

The North East Enterprise Zone is made up of 21 sites that have been strategically selected to drive growth by building on local strengths, making the most of our natural and physical environment, skills and existing business base, as well as the innovation ecosystem.
